Yanna's Omlette Becomes A Healthy Staple
Named after Billy’s wife and cofounder, Yanna Kounoupis, this healthy choice omelette is made of three eggs, fresh spinach, Spanish onions, diced plum tomatoes and imported Greek feta cheese.

As the iconic symbol of Bethlehem, PA, the Moravian Star is widely recognized by many. Being first established in Bethlehem, Billy’s adopts the star as part of their branding.
Not Your Ordinary Beginning
Billy and Yanna Kounoupis purchased Rudy’s Newsstand at 10 E. Broad St. in Bethlehem, on September 29th, 2000. They wanted to create something as unique and dynamic as the communities they were in. With a creative eye for delicious food and a lot of hard work, Billy’s Downtown Diner was born.
